Our Mission
Our mission is to help collegiate student athletes turn their effort into long term opportunity beyond sports. We partner with universities to leverage their unique resources and networks so athletes have clear guidance, stronger connections, and real pathways into careers.
Why We Started
We started with a question we couldn't ignore: are student athletes seeing the same post graduation outcomes as other students? National outcomes for traditional students look strong. About 77% start working within three months, and around 67% complete at least one internship, with some universities reporting rates as high as 90%.
But what we saw in the locker room told a different story. As Division I football players, we watched athletes who had the work ethic to succeed anywhere, yet they weren't getting the same access to internships, professional networks, or clear next steps after college. We needed to understand why. So we measured it. We built a survey using the exact questions from national reports, but this time focused solely on recent student-athlete graduates. The results were impossible to ignore.
