• Current student-athletes at participating universities
• Former student-athletes (alumni) who want to give back as mentors
• Athletic department staff and coaches
• You must be 18+ or have parental consent to create an account
• Registration requires a valid .edu email or alumni verification

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about yourself
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Maintain only one account per person
• Update your profile to reflect current information

Help us maintain a professional, supportive environment:

The mentor-mentee relationship is built on mutual respect:

• NxtSzn facilitates connections but doesn't guarantee outcomes
• Professional advice should be independently verified
• Both parties participate voluntarily at their own discretion
• We encourage respectful, timely communication
• Job shadowing arrangements are made directly between parties

When you upload content to NxtSzn:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us license to display it within the platform
• Content must be accurate, professional, and your own work
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• You can delete your content at any time through your settings

What you can expect from us:

• We'll work to keep the platform secure and functional
• We'll protect your data according to our Privacy Policy
• We'll respond to support requests in a timely manner
• We'll notify you of significant changes to these terms
• We provide the platform "as is" without guarantees

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if:

• You misuse the platform for commercial purposes
• Your institution requests removal
• You may also close your account at any time
